一香堂香雕品牌生发于世界文化遗产城市、国家历史文化名城——泉州,作为闽南文化源起之地,泉州经济、人文等积淀深厚,以“多元文化宝库”而闻名于世,受地域文化影响,其中闽南香道尤负盛名。闽南天然香制作技艺历史悠久,它是闽南人在长期的历史进程中,逐步形成的一套完整独特的民俗文化,体现了闽南人优雅的生活品质和精神气质。一香堂香雕从千年香道美学生活中发展延续传承而来,香雕技艺第三代传承人魏爱国在泉州包容、创新的城市精神基础上,对传统的香文化、雕刻(塑)文化以及药食理论等进行大胆融合,对香雕进行了系统发展。
香雕作为泉州的代表性非遗文化传承技艺,一香堂香业一直秉持传承中国传统文化、打造东方生活美学新范式为己任,坚持多元包容、融合创新,将中国绵延的生活美学方式迎合时代传承续接,把现代审美与传统技艺重新组构,活化香与生活的精神品味,致力于让中国香味走进世界生活。未来,香雕将以海上丝绸之路为媒,传播泉州优秀民俗文化和技艺,弘扬中式香道文化,打造“世界香雕看泉州”的城市新名片,助力泉州再现宋元经济鼎盛、文化繁荣的局面。
Yixiangtang incense carving brand was originated in the world heritage city and national historical and cultural city of Quanzhou. As the origin place of southern Fujian culture and a well known "diverse cultural treasure house", Quanzhou has rich accumulation of economy, humanities and cultural heritage. Deeply immersed and influenced by regional culture the Minnan incense ritual particularly enjoys high reputation.
Yixiangtang incense carving has developed and inherited from the thousand-year-old incense ritual aesthetics On the basis of Quanzhou's inclusive and innovative spirit, Wei Aiguo, the third-generation inheritor of incense carving technique, has carried out systematic development on incense carving by integrating traditional incense culture, carving (sculpturing) culture and medicinal food theory.
As a representative intangible cultural heritage inheritor in Quanzhou, Yixiangtang incense carving adheres to the responsibility of inheriting Chinese traditional culture and creating a new paradigm of oriental life aesthetics, insists on the diversity, inclusiveness, integration and innovation, utilizing China's long-historical life aesthetics to the present times. 魏爱国,1944年生,世居福建泉州,现为传统手工香雕非遗技艺传承人、中国香文化研究中心专家委员会专家、泉州一香堂香业品牌创始人。自幼喜爱美术,少时便跟随国画大师李克朗学习工笔画,热爱钻研各类手工技艺,尤其以雕刻见长。受泉州浓厚地域文化的影响和启发,尝试以自身喜好和擅长的方式去传扬泉州香火民俗文化。上世纪60年代始,拜香雕技艺第二代传承人曾纪培为师,开始倾身于香道,研习制香技艺与技术创新,正式成为香雕技艺第三代传承人。并先后师从过张春霖、李一石、静远大师、黄三宏等大师,尝试将各类技法融入香雕创作。
自1965年向中国工艺美术大师卢思立学艺后,开始探索将香雕技艺系统化和现代化的发展路径,终于融合各家文化之所长,将传统香雕工艺与时代相结合。香雕既保留了香文化的传统内核,又在基础上延伸了雕刻技艺和健康生活等需求;既可做意趣配饰,又兼具美陈摆件的功能,使得香雕作品更具审美张力和实用价值。1975年,所主导设计和创作的香雕产品获得泉州二轻系统新产品创新奖,开始让泉州香文化借由香雕作品得到了新的传扬机会。1985年,携设计(制作)的香雕彩绘创新产品参与广交会,现场获得订单,香雕产品与泉州制香文化开始走出国门,远销海外。2018年起,为将香雕技艺更好的传承与传播泉州本土文化,开始研发大型佛事香雕制品。2019年,被聘为中国香文化研究中心专家委员会专家。并于2021年创立一香堂香业品牌。2022年,经有关部门认定批准,香雕正式成为非遗技艺门类,并完成香雕品牌注册,成为闽南文化传播的一颗耀眼明珠。
Wei Aiguo was born in 1944 and his family has been residing in Fujian Quanzhou for generations.Wei Aiguo is now the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage - traditional handmade incense carving technique, a member of the Expert Committee of the Chinese Incense Culture Research Center, and the founder of Quanzhou Yixiangtang incense brand.
Fond of fine arts since his childhood, Mr. Wei studied claborate-painting skill under Chinese painting master Li Kelang’s guidance, and has mastered various handicraft skills especially carving technique. Influenced and inspired by Quanzhou's strong regional culture, Wei has been spreading Quanzhou's folk incense culture in his own professional ways.
Since 1960s,Wei was a disciple to Zeng Jipei the second-generation inheritor of incense carving technique, and began to devote himself to the career of incense ritual. Wei studied incense-making skills and technological innovation, and officially became the third-generation inheritor of incense carving technique. He successively studied under masters such as Zhang Chunlin, Li Yishi, Jing Yuan, and Huang Sanhong, integrating various techniques into the creation of incense sculptures.
After learning from China arts and crafts master Lu Sili in 1965, Wei Aiguo initiated the exploring on the systematic and modern development path for incense carving techniques, has successfully integrated the strengths of various cultures and traditions, merging traditional incense carving craftsmanship with the times. Incense carving not only retains the traditional core of incense culture, but also extends to theories such as on carving and health. It can not only be used as decorative accessories, but also serves as functional ornaments, making incense carving works more aesthetically appealing and practical.
In 1975, the incense carving products innovated and created by Wei Aiguo won New Product Innovation Award of the Second Light Industry System of Quanzhou, which started a new path for the dissemination of Quanzhou's incense culture through incense carving works. In 1985, the innovative incense carving and painting products participated in the Canton Fair and received overseas orders which initiated the international journey for incense carving products and Quanzhou incense culture. In 2018, in order to better inherit and promote Quanzhou's local culture through incense carving techniques, Wei begun to research and develop large-scale Buddhist incense carving products. In 2019, Wei Aiguo was invited to become a member of the expert committee of the Chinese Incense Culture Research Center. In 2022, Wei established the "Yixiangtang" incense brand. In the same year, after being recognized and approved by relevant government departments, the incense carving technique was officially inscribed on the list of intangible cultural heritage, and the brand was officially registered. Yixiangtang has become a shining pearl in the dissemination of Minnan culture.

• 一香堂香业品牌前身“清远堂”香铺成立,香雕工艺开始萌芽,第一代香雕技艺出现
In 1902, the predecessor of Yixiangtang incense brand Qingyuantang incense shop, was established, and the art of incense carving began to emerge. The first generation of incense carving technique also appeared.
1952年
• 香雕技艺初具系统,开始规模发展生产,发展至第二代传人
Started to do incense products business, the incense making industry in Quanzhou Qing Yuan Tang had already taken shape, the workshop was officially registered for business.
1964年
• 第三代传承人、一香堂香业创始人魏爱国师承曾纪培,延续泉州制香技艺,开始发展香雕并进行改进创新
As the disciple of Zeng Jipei, Wei inherits the incense making techniques of Quanzhou, and initiated to develop incense carvings and made improvements and innovations
1970年
• 师从中国工艺美术大师卢思立,将雕刻技艺系统融入制香工艺
Under the tutoring of the master of Chinese arts and crafts Lu Sili, Wei Agigo integrated the craft carving skills into the incense making process.
1975年
• 创新改良后的香雕产品获得泉州二轻系统新产品创新奖
